Rachel is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and ex national tennis player which took her to the States on a scholarship at a young age. While in America along side the grueling drilling on the court she took her sports seriously off the court studying Exercise Science. She has also extended her studies in NLP for sports performance, CBT and Hypnotherapy as she truly believes in mind over matter. Rachel's time in America, Hawaii and the Caribbean also means she brings a mix of music tastes from Rap, Drum n Bass, Hip Hop, Metal, Pop and a little House. She can not help herself when she hears good music which translates into her infectious energy and ability to encourage you to bring your body to the beat.
