Health fanatic Ban quit the rat race in the city to pursue her long-term dream of working in the fitness industry and is now a personal trainer qualified in suspension training, kettlebells, studio cycling, circuit training and RAD ballet. Her specialities include weight loss and body transformation (fat loss and lean muscle gain) through resistance training combined with High Intensity Interval workouts (HIIT).

A native Londoner, Ban brings undeniable passion and humour to her classes, because - let’s face it - it’s not always an easy ride. She thinks if it’s going to hurt you might as well laugh about it and sweat it out together. Her workout mantra is “Get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. Push your mind and your body will always follow.” Her biggest indulgence, like many Ride Republicans, is peanut butter…and not in moderation.
